· Adults Only: Guests must be 18 or older. Children are not permitted.

· Maximum Occupancy: Up to 3 guests only, including all overnight visitors.

· No Events or Parties: Gatherings, parties, or events are not allowed.

· No Unauthorized Filming/Photography.

· Quiet Hours: Please respect your neighbors at all times.

· Check-in: From 3:00 PM

· Check-out: By 11:00 AM

· Late check-outs/early arrivals may be available upon request but are not guaranteed.

For bookings made within 3 hours of arrival, your room may not be ready immediately. Please contact us right after booking so we can coordinate your arrival. It is important we have your rooms cleaned and prepared as you would expect, and will always do our best to accommodate you based on the situation.

· Use is at your own risk and only for registered guests.

· Please shower before use, be super cautiousif using glassware, and no use while intoxicated or pregnant.

· Children are not allowed in the jacuzzi.

· The property access has public stairs and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

· Be cautious in showers and bathrooms with wet floors, it may be slippery.

· We are not responsible for injuries or accidents during your stay, including in or around the jacuzzi or stairways.

· Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

· No smoking indoors.

· No pets allowed.

As required by Greek law, guests must provide valid ID or passport details. We are required by law to share guest info with tax and tourism authorities in Greece.
